Our objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products; however, we acknowledge that errors may occur. We urge you to thoroughly examine each product upon receipt. Should you need to initiate a return, please contact us promptly. You can reach us via email (info@blusindustries.com) or through our social media channels. Kindly provide images of the product in question as part of the initial contact. Please be aware that only cleaned and washed products will be accepted for return.

Online Purchases

Global International Products accepts returns for online orders within 30 days from the date of customer receipt. If you need to return an order or if you have received a faulty product, please inform us by completing the provided form.

Subsequently, please return the item/s to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Used items are ineligible for returns.

We kindly request that item/s be returned with their original tags intact and, if possible, in their original packaging. Items returned in a used condition, soiled, or without tags may be declined or subject to a repackaging fee.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund for the product. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be notified of the refund via email or text message once it has been processed. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
